Ragu 'alla Bolognese for bimby


This original recipe I found on an old cookbook Thermomix TM21.

With conversion table I could use it to my Thermomix TM31.

Here's the recipe

Ingredients for six persons: 500 gr

. fresh tagliatelle or 350 gr. dried noodles

For the sauce: 200 gr
. sausage or ground pork loin
300 gr. ground beef
70 gr.
bacon 80 gr. between celery, carrot and onion

Tips:
