Yesterday I made a mess in the kitchen, I just crushed a cheesecake made out of the oven.
I still had a bit of Quark to finish, after the Goldtröpfchen Cakes, Christa so I paid homage to another prescription of its parts, the Topfentorte, which is nothing more that a cheesecake, in fact.
the recipe I just inspired (yes, this is only an inspiration, since then as usual I did it my way, removing, adding), but I missed the most important point, which he said "to cool before transforming "!. :- from the edge of the cake, so I put a plate over, just that it would cover the entire diameter and ualà, I turned the cake with a swift and decisive movement.
There was a noise deaf, a plof, I just was afraid to remove the cake pan, fearing the worst.
I got courage ... I cried!
(metaphorically, of course, I liked the effect of the sentence:-P)
I did not lose heart though, I recovered the orange slices and I have another lined mold, smaller (a pudding, so to speak), I made up the filling, I added milk and a teaspoon of potato starch, removing all lumps, and brought to a boil, stirring constantly with the whip. I boiled for a minute and then I paid the "pudding" in the mold, and then I put it to cool in refrigerator. Not content, however, and since I could not, at this point, take it to the parents of Philip (him as a guinea pig is fine, but other people is better not to poison him), I froze and then ate like a parfait.
The photos I show you is the error that he came up, very good, do not deny it, but you suggest to make one written below, remembering to make the cake cool in the mold before throw! :-)
Serves 8 / 10 persons:
200 g low-fat quark
130 g of sugar
100 g almonds
2 oranges
Working 100 g of sugar with the butter at room temperature for about 3 minutes with an electric whisk, until it will become frothy. Stir in the egg yolks, one at a time and continue stirring. Combine the juice of half an orange, the quark thin and almonds, finely chopped. Beat the egg whites until stiff steadfast, adding a pinch of salt and incorporate the remaining ingredients, stirring from the bottom up, not to remove the egg whites.
Grease a cake pan with butter and sprinkle with remaining sugar. Line the mold with the thin orange slices, whole on the bottom and halfway up the whole perimeter of the mold, pour the mixture in and bake at 160 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
put on a plate just once cold.
5 / 7 sun-dried tomatoes in oil
