Cleaning Inside Of Boots



Today I did something that I did not at least 10 years, but when I take a burning desire, I have absolutely favor. I ate a frozen pizza! To be clear, not some, but the spinach Pizza Restaurant, which always ate when I was working in Germany.
At the time I weighed 10 pounds more, so much that he ate pizza for two, but I liked them so much. But from what I remember of the herb butter on it was that was missing in this ... because the Germans will be there put everywhere?
To redeem this peccadillo of youth, I have prepared this appetizer
simple, fast and delicious with the mussels ciccionissime bought yesterday at the market.
















Ingredients for 4:

500 g of mussels
50 g of breadcrumbs
1 bunch of parsley
1 clove garlic
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
salt, pepper
Clean well outside the mussels by scraping and removing the wire.
Put them in a saucepan and cook over high heat, covered and
without the addition of seasonings,
for 5 minutes so that they open.
Meanwhile, make the chopped bread crumbs, garlic, parsley and a pinch of salt. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and brown in skillet over medium heat. Drain the mussels and place in a baking dish, stuff with plenty of the tried and au gratin on the top shelf of the oven for a couple of minutes.
