orange pudding with the Thermomix TM31
Ingredients 300 g sugar possibly very thin
frumina
90 g 400 g orange juice
juice of one lemon zest of 1 orange
water
Preparation Chop the orange peel 10 sec. vel. 8, pick up the mixture with the spatula and another 10 sec. vel.8.
with the juicer Squeeze the oranges and put the juice in the bowl, squeezing the lemon and add to that the jug.
Add the other ingredients and the amount of water to 1 liter mix 10 sec., Vel.4. Set the temperature to 100 °, vel.2, 10 min.
Pour pudding into disposable containers.
That's it:).
