How to make home grinders
Serves 4
00 500 g flour 150 g icing sugar
100 g butter 100 g margarine 50 g starch
1 egg 1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 sachet of baking powder In
5 tablespoons heavy cream Pinch of salt 1
Preparation
Working together the flour, icing sugar, butter, margarine, potato, egg, vanilla sugar, baking powder, a pinch of salt and 5 tablespoons of fresh cream.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm and with round cutter cut out a number of about 3-4 cm in diameter.
Bake in a moderate oven for 10-15 minutes.
