Inside Small Brown Bug

Sandwich with salmon and vegetables TM31

Ingredients:



6 slices of bread 120 g smoked salmon slices







1 carrot 1 small zucchini



4 radishes



30 g of butter salt pepper







Preparation:



Let soften butter at room temperature. Wash carrot, radishes and zucchini and grate with a grater with holes large julienne so to speak.




Remove the rind to the white bread you have prepared and cut into 6 slices horizontally and sprinkle with butter and sprinkle with a pinch of pepper.




Align the 3 slices and arrange on the first half of the carrots, zucchini and the second half of the third half of the radishes.




then distributed the slices of salmon over the vegetables and then cover with remaining vegetables. Close the sandwich with the remaining 3 slices of bread. Clear the board and cut sandwiches in a box 4 each in small snack.




Note: I tried this recipe with homemade bread from Puglia. Abbrustolitelo a bit and you will see that Goduria.
