Workout Durning Herpes Outbreak

Ingredienti:

500 g of flour manitoba
500 g flour 00
25 g of yeast
1 tablespoon (generous) salt to taste water
Place all dry ingredients in the mixer, mix well and add them slowly warm water (I added plus or minus 3 cups and 1 / 2). Knead for at least 15 minutes.
Form a ball and let rise in warm place for 2 hours, the braid form (or shape you like) and let rise for another half an hour, covered with cloth.
Meanwhile preheat the oven to 200 degrees, brush the top of the braid with milk and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake for about 30/35 minutes.

The dough is definitely working to improve, is the first time I use the mixer instead of elbow grease, but the result is truly amazing. And then my mother gave it to me for my birthday, at least I can play without having to return:-D thanks !!!!! mammaaaaaaaaaa
