Howto Such Your Own Penic

Josell

This cake did Marina, one of our "Moms that read" and we tasted the occasion of the birthday of his son, David. David is not a sweet tooth, but Josell is his favorite dessert, and wanted him as a birthday cake! The recipe is one of those family and comes from the personal cookbook of great-grandmother of David.

Ingredients 2 eggs 400 g of dry biscuits
type "Oswego"
400 grams of powdered sugar
150 g butter at room temperature at least 3 machines

of coffee a glass of bitter almond
50 g cocoa bitter powder

procedure

Mount for 15-20 minutes the eggs with sugar and butter.
Mix the coffee with almond biscuits and wet, then place them in a pan, forming a layer, put a layer of butter cream. Continue this until you have four layers, the last of which must be butter cream.
Spray with cocoa powder (optional), place in refrigerator for several hours and serve.
