Ingredients:
200g salmon, thinly sliced \u200b\u200b1 carrot
4 artichokes 1 lemon white wine
oil salt pepper
Preparation:
Clean the artichokes by removing the hard parts and Central hay. cut into slices and dip in water acidulated with lemon juice or vinegar. Peel the carrot and cut it into pieces. In a pan fry the artichokes and carrots for about ten minutes of sprinkling with white wine, salt and pepper. Distribute the salmon on plates and sprinkle with the remaining wine from vegetables, lying flat on the vegetables and serve.
